When to Cleanse
An ideal time to cleanse is after holidays, stressful periods in your life, after over indulging in unhealthy foods, alcohol and unhealthy habits. The change of seasons (spring and fall) is also an ideal time to cleanse. Most people will cleanse whenever they experience signs of over-acidity in the body. These signs may include chronic fatigue, headaches, insomnia, depression, allergies, aches & pains, digestive problems, unhealthy skin and weak immune system.
In order to maintain optimal health, we recommend you do a monthly 3-day cleanse. In addition, our individual juices are also a great way to supplement your current diet.
