All of our juices contain a variety of nutritional benefits. We have compiled a list that clearly outlines the benefits of the raw vegetables and fruits we use in our juices. Since we use a hydraulic press, which gently extracts the juice, our juices are pressed in the most optimal way possible, yielding the best tasting nutrient rich juice.

GREENS

Kale is an especially high source of absorbable calcium, chlorophyll and vitamin A. The potent nutrients found in Kale makes it beneficial to eyesight, bones, teeth, blood and lymph glands. Kale’s high chlorophyll content helps increase oxygen flow to the blood, improving circulation and cell respiration. Kale is believed to have cancer-fighting properties. It contains more usable calcium than milk without milk’s fat or cholesterol.

Romaine is the most nutritious lettuce and is an excellent source of calcium, chlorophyll, iron, magnesium, potassium, silicon and vitamins A and E. It is especially helpful in rebuilding hemoglobin in the blood. It adds shine, thickness and health to skin and hair. It contains nearly ten phytonutrients, which makes it a combater to cancer and all diseases. The silicon in Romaine supports flexibility of the muscles and joints.

Spinach is an amazing cleanser and builder of the body. It is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins A, B, C, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, sodium and trace elements. It stimulates and tones the liver, gall bladder, blood and lymph circulation and large intestine. It also strengthens the teeth, and gums because of its alkalizing minerals.

Parsley is a potent blood and body cleanser because of its rich source of chlorophyll. It contains vitamins A and C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and sulfur. Parsley is particularly helpful at detoxifying the kidneys, liver and urinary tract. Parsley also is excellent at improving eyesight as well as stimulating oxygen metabolism and cell respiration.

Dandelion Greens are a powerful liver cleanser and normalizer. They are exceptionally high in vitamins A and B, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium and trace elements. Since dandelion greens have a rich source of magnesium it is a potent alkalizer of the blood and has a soothing and strengthening effect to the bowel wall, and to the muscular and skeletal structure.

Sunflower Sprouts contain the highest amount of living enzymes out of any plant-based food. They are rich in chlorophyll, vitamins A, B-1, B-2, C, niacin, calcium, magnesium, potassium and proteins. Sunflower sprouts strengthen the gall bladder, liver, circulatory, and lymphatic systems, and the heart. Since it is high in calcium it soothes and cleanses the digestive tract.

Celery is considered to be the most alkalizing of all vegetables. The alkalizing properties found in celery causes a calming effect on the nervous system. Celery is rich in sodium, unlike inorganic sodium chloride, it supports proper functioning of all major body systems. It is loaded with potassium, calcium, folic acid and vitamins A and C.

Cucumbers are a natural diuretic and supports organ detoxification. It is exceptionally rich in potassium, which promotes flexibility in the muscles and gives elasticity to the cells of the skin resulting in the rejuvenation of the skin and clearer complexion. Cucumbers contain a rich source of silicon, sulfur, trace elements, vitamins A, E and C.

ROOTS

Beets are both powerful cleansers and builders of the blood. They provide a rich source of vitamin B-6, choline, iron, sodium, potassium and natural sugars. Beets aid in building red blood cell counts, which provide a powerful kidney, liver and blood detoxifier.

Burdock is a strong diuretic and blood purifier. It contains a good source of calcium, iron, potassium, trace elements and beneficial oils. Because burdock has such a powerful cleansing effect on the body it supports liver, gall bladder and kidney detoxification.

Carrots have a strong cleansing effect on the body. Carrots help release bile and excess fats from the liver and gall bladder. They contain vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K as well as calcium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and trace elements. Carrots help soothe and tone the intestinal wall while also strengthening the bone and teeth. But most noticeably carrots are important at aiding liver detoxification.

Turmeric’s ability to inhibit fungi and bacteria are just a few of its exceptional medicinal properties. It provides a source of manganese, iron, potassium and vitamin B-6. It is effective against intestinal parasites and is widely known for its significant anti-inflammatory effect on the body. Turmeric has amazing results when being used for liver, gall bladder and bile duct related issues. Its anti-oxidant trait enables it to protect cells against free radicals, which make it powerful at combating cancers.

FRUITS

Apples are rich in vitamins and minerals. They include vitamins A, B-1, B-2, B-6, C, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, chlorine, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, silicon, sodium and sulfur. Because of its high mineral content, apples are especially healthy for skin, hair and nails. The vitamin C in apples helps prevent colds, flu and intestinal infections. Apples help stimulate peristaltic activity (regulate digestion) in the body because the large amount of fruit pectin found in them.

Lemons are a versatile and valuable fruit. Lemons have a high source of vitamin C. They provide the body with an immediate cleansing and alkalizing effect. Lemons help restore liver function and increases energy while bringing back metabolic balance.

Watermelons are amazing kidney and bladder cleansers. They contain a source of vitamin A, C, B-1, B-6, magnesium and potassium. Its diuretic action enables the body to eliminate excess fluid and toxins. Watermelons are loaded with enzymes and are also a natural way to stimulate your appetite.

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Raw Agave Nectar is made with the highest quality 100% organic blue agave plants, aged and matured to its ideal state. The raw agave nectar we use is extracted solely from the Blue Agave Tequilana Weber variety, which has the highest concentrations of minerals as well as a high content of Insulin. Insulin increases calcium absorption, while encouraging beneficial probiotic flora. The raw agave nectar we have selected also is a naturally low glycemic sweetener.

Raw Almonds are a complete food that contains many proteins and vitamins. The presence of amygdalin makes almonds a cancer fighting food. Almonds are high in vitamins E, some vitamin B, a large amount of calcium, and contain copper, iron, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, manganese and magnesium. We soak our almonds for 12-14 hours to release all enzyme inhibitors in order to maximize absorption.

Young Coconut Water is an exceptional source of electrolytes. They contain a large amount of potassium, chlorides, calcium and magnesium. Young coconut water aids metabolism and can replace the valuable electrolytes that are lost during vigorous physical activity.
